Application Support Specialists

The Application Support Specialists are responsible for providing software installation and accelerate issue resolution with consolidated onsite and remote software support on a global basis for our partners and customers.

Job Requirements:

Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)

Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
Some Experience in one of the following: HTML, ASP, ASP dot Net, XML, JavaScript

Technical Sales Support Specialists

The Technical Sales Support Specialists are responsible for providing expert level Technical Sales Support and Training during and after the sales life-cycle for our account representatives, resellers, partners, and customers.

Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology related major required.
2-5 years of minimum experience in an information technology field
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Internet Information Server (IIS), Microsoft SQL Server, and Web Based Applications
Knowledge of Document Management Software, Imaging and archiving solutions.
Must have excellent writing and communications skills
